I started my golfing life as a
junior member at Sandilands Golf Club, at the age of fourteen. It was
there I learned the basics of the golf swing and how to play in windy conditions.
I served my apprenticeship at the
Championship Links of Seacroft Golf Club between 1983-1988. It was on
the Lincolnshire coast that my enjoyment of teaching developed, and
in 1988 I moved to work as Senior Assistant at North Shore Golf Club.
After qualifying as a full
Professional I was appointed as Teaching Professional to the Vejle
Golf Club in Denmark, a venue for many W.P.G.A. Tour events. I
returned to the U.K. when I was offered a teaching Pro's position at
Blankney Golf Club. |
It was during that period that I
began to widen my knowledge of the golf swing and spent an increasing
amount of time teaching golfers of all ages and abilities. Since
being appointed as Director of Golf to South Kyme Golf Club in 1994 I
have continued to study the golf swing, and spent time working with
some of the games top coaches.
To this end I have never been so
well equipped to advise and work with the complications of the game
of Golf. The extensive practice facilities at South Kyme lend
themselves to easy and relaxed learning. I look forward to helping
you understand your golf swing and of course helping you improve,
hopefully in the not too distant future.

This package enables instructor and
pupil to put into place a structured programme for long lasting
development. A must for any aspiring young golfer. Addition lessons
for juniors on this plan will be charged at £4.00 per 15 minutes.
Juniors not on this plan are
charged ½ adult lesson rate.
